Project Management

This is truly the most important part of any project.  FUNA’s highly trained project management teams have years of experience working on many varied projects in multiple industries.  They are the ones that ensure that all of FUNA’s projects come in on time and on budget.  Oftentimes temporary relocation of one or more members of the team is necessary during key phases of a project.  The project management team size is determined by the scope of services and the specific requirements of the project (budget, schedule, location, complexity, etc.) and may include a project director, project manager, project coordinator and/or a yard coordinator.
